This lamp has SFa12-4 (anode) and SFa12-4 (cathode) basing on the 20mm diameter x 150mm long clear double ended bulb. This item is made by Osram, and is commonly available from no other source but Osram/Sylvania, but as alternative part numbers 69237, XBO150W/CR, XBO150W/CROFR, XBO150W/CR-OFR and other variations. Product Warning: Xenon Short Arc lamps emit harmful ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION, are under HIGH PRESSURE, require a HIGH VOLTAGE ignition, and can GENERATE OZONE (unless designated "OFR".) These lamps get VERY HOT during operation, and remain hot after operation for a significant time. Avoid direct or reflected exposure as this can cause serious skin burns and eye injury.
