This lamp has SK27/50 (anode) and SFcX27-8 (cathode) basing on the 40mm diameter x 236mm long clear double ended bulb. This item is made by Osram, and is commonly available from no other source but Osram/Sylvania, but as alternative part numbers 69264, XBO1000W/HSC, XBO1000W/HSCOFR, XBO1000W/HSC-OFR and other variations. Product Warning: Xenon Short Arc lamps emit harmful ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION, are under HIGH PRESSURE, require a HIGH VOLTAGE ignition, and can GENERATE OZONE (unless designated "OFR".)
