This lamp has SFaX27-10 (anode) and SFaX27-12 (cathode) basing on the 52mm diameter x 370mm long clear double ended bulb. This item is made by Osram, and is commonly available from no other source but Osram/Sylvania, but as alternative part numbers 69384, XBO2000W/HCC, XBO2000W/HCCOFR, XBO2000W/HCC-OFR and other variations. Product Warning: Xenon Short Arc lamps emit harmful ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION, are under HIGH PRESSURE, require a HIGH VOLTAGE ignition, and can GENERATE OZONE (unless designated "OFR".)
