The Osram HBO 350 W/S is a 350W mercury short arc, double end lamp.  This lamp has a typical life of 600 hours.  This item is made by Osram, but has alternative part numbers: HBO 350W/68V/S, HBO350WS, USH350DS, 69228, and 5000508.
